My Story

My name is Felix. I started this blog after years of doing everything wrong with money — overspending, ignoring debt, and thinking investing was something rich people did.

Nobody in my family talked about finances. We didn’t discuss credit scores, compound interest, or Roth IRAs at the dinner table. I graduated, started working, and immediately fell into the same cycle I watched growing up: earn, spend, repeat. Paycheck to paycheck. Always one bad week away from being behind.

The turning point was when I sat down one night and actually wrote out what I owed, what I earned, and where every dollar went. The numbers were brutal. But at least they were honest.

That night, I made a decision: I was going to figure this out. I read every book I could find. I tracked every dollar. I started a budget. I opened an investment account for the first time. Slowly — then faster — things changed.

What Grind In Silence Is About

Grind In Silence is for people who are done making excuses and ready to do the work. Not influencer finance. Not “buy crypto and get rich” content. Real, practical strategies for:

The name comes from a simple belief: the people who actually win financially aren’t the loudest ones. They’re the ones quietly doing the work while everyone else is talking about it.
